Protagonists of the future – ‘Leader in ME’ Program
Recognizing the importance of Soft Skills and personality Development Programs in today’s competitive global market, Fusion International School organized the ‘Leader in Me’ program, getting them ready for their future careers and encouraging them to be a positive change within themselves and their community was the objective of this program.
EPITOME Mentors, a Corporate Training Consultancy firm spearheaded by Mr. Ram Mohan Kota and Ms. Surekha Adimulam facilitated an excellent program where students learnt the approach of the ‘Six Thinking Hats’ focusing on critical thinking skills. Key areas of Leadership, Team Management, and Emotional Intelligence were introduced and taught to the students. A variety of leadership games followed by debriefing sessions exposed students to management and leadership skills at this young age!
