Ms. Sridevi Rao is a renowned academician with an illustrious career spanning over three decades in the field of education while leading and managing schools in India and abroad. A far-reaching vision, passion, and commitment to her craft have been the cornerstones on which she has built a reputation for delivering quality and innovative education.
She is an alumnus of the prestigious ISB Goldman Sachs 10000 Women Ambassadors Programme – Reimagining Business and ISB Goldman Sachs 10K Women Entrepreneurship Development Program and is also certified in ‘Leadership Programme for Educators’ from IIM Bangalore. Having started her career with esteemed institutions such as Bharatiya Vidya Bhavans, she has worked in various capacities to reach the helm of affairs at Middle East International School, Riyadh. After spending 16 years in key leadership roles, she embarked on the journey of her dreams of establishing her own schools in India.
As an Edupreneur, she has promoted Sparkling Stars School in Nizampet road, Bachupally, Hyderabad with a pioneering approach and curriculum in the year 2016. The school has grown as a brand known for quality of education, creative skills and holistic growth of children and the dedicated team under the leadership of Ms. Sridevi Rao. She has further expanded in K-12 domain by way of acquisition of Fusion International School in the year 2022 which is affiliated to CBSE, located in a 2 acre campus in Ameenpur, near BHEL. Hyderabad. With her vision and commitment, she has transformed the school in a short span with excellent infrastructure and quality processes, and a comprehensive & global approach to excellence in education.
